Spawns a ghost familiar which randomly takes the appearance of vanilla Binding of Isaac characters each room. The character that the ghost is portraying will have that characters regular base stats (Magdalene will be slow, Judas will do more damage, ect.).
These ghosts will follow enemies, shooting tears (or brimstone, in Azazel's case) at them from a distance.
