Tummy Bug is a passive collectible added in Revelations Chapter 1.
Effects
- When a fire button is held, the player sometimes stops firing, followed by a brief charge. When the charge is released, the player fires a spray of tears in a high arc.
- When the player ingests a pill, a large pool of creep will spawn in the direction they are looking.
Notes
- Regular charge items, such as Brimstone and Monstro's Lung, are still able to function with this item.
