Super Greed is one of the super deadly sins that can be found randomly on any floor in Shops and Secret Rooms exclusively and is the super version of Greed. Like his normal counterpart, his attacks are altered in Revelation chapters to match the floors' mechanics.

Glacier Super Greed

In the Glacier, Super Greed is not much different appearance-wise to his base path counterpart, like normal Greed, with the exceptions of a moodier expression, a larger dollar symbol on his forehead, and nickles for eyes instead of pennies.

Behaviour

In the Glacier, Super Greed no longer summons allies and instead is entirely offense-based, similar to normal Glacier Greed.

  • Wanders around in straight lines randomly.
  • When Isaac lines up with him cardinally, Greed charges towards him at great speed without warning.
    • Greed can not change directions during this attack.
    • When he collides with an obstacle afterwards, he fires a cone of 4 shots in the opposite direction he charged.
  • Just like regular Greed, any attack from him that hits Isaac will cause him to lose 2-3 coins and drop 1-2 coins on the ground.

Tomb Super Greed

In the Tomb, Super Greed appears slightly more battered and torn, with a more demented expression to match.

Behaviour

Unlike Glacier Super Greed, Tomb Super Greed behaves more like his base path counterpart, but with some slight differences to his attacks.

  • Wanders around in straight lines randomly.
  • Occasionally shoots a cone of 5 bullets in the closest cardinal direction towards Isaac as opposed to 4 bullets that base path Super Greed attacks with instead.
  • Sometimes pauses to spawn 2 spinning coin entities from the ceiling, similar to that of Ultra Greed.
    • These coins slide towards Isaac and explode when they either touch Isaac or are slain by him. On death, they drop a coin.
  • Tomb Super Greed can only summon a maximum of 3 spinning coins at once. The pick-ups dropped from the coins count towards this limit.

Notes

  • Like normal Greed, if Super Greed is killed in any of the Revelation floors, he will drop Bargainer's Burden as a reward.

Trivia

  • The music that plays during Super Greed's battle in Revelation floors is named Databank.
