Prescription is a passive collectible added in Revelations Chapter 2's Neapolitan Update.

Effects

  • Drops a random pill.
  • When entering a new room, has a chance to take a pill that the player has taken previously.
  • Positive pills have a higher chance of activating than negative pills.
