Pacers are a category in enemies that are usually spawned off of other monsters dying. Revelations adds the following variants.
Frosty Pacer
Frosty Pacers randomly walk around the room, dealing contact damage to the player. When the die, they leave a small amount of Ice Creep on the ground.
Frosty Gusher
Frosty Gushers randomly walk around the room, occasionally shooting tears out randomly, which land and leave Ice Creep. They also do contact damage. When the die, they leave a small amount of Ice Creep on the ground.
