Innard is an enemy added in Revelations Chapter Two.
Innard
Innards very slowly move around the room randomly, leaving slowing creep where it goes. When destroyed, it leaves a large pool of slowing creep on the ground, sends a large number of tears into the air, and spawns two Spiders.
