Gag Reflex is a trinket added in Revelations Chapter One. While held, the player gains Ipecac for the room if they take any pill. The effect only lasts for the room the pill is taken in.
Notes
- The item is helpful if you don't have any bombs, and have a spare pill lying around.
- The way the trinket works is by actually giving you the Ipecac item for the room when using a pill, so it will be visible on the My Items page on the pause menu, and it will also count towards a transformation.
