Dramamine is an activated collectible added in Revelations Chapter 2's Neapolitan Update.
Effects
- Spawns a stationary explosive tear that acts like a landmine.
- Explodes when enemies comes into contact with it.
- This explosion can damage the player, as well as destroy objects, like a normal bomb.
- The tear spawned synergizes with the player's tear modifier items.
Synergies
Lachryphagy: Spawns an explosive hungry shot that can be fed tears to increase in power.
Jacob's Ladder: Shoots out electricity when exploded.
Trivia
Dramamine is a real drug used to stop nausea and vomiting, usually in tablet form.
