Brother Bloody

Brother Bloody is a familiar-like monster that orbits other monsters in the room. He regularly shoots tears at Isaac if they are within range. When the monster that Brother Bloody was orbiting is killed, he will quickly find and fly to another monster to orbit. Although Brother Bloodies can be defeated normally, if they are the last enemies in the room, they will self destruct, sending out a burst of 6 tears.
If a Brother Bloody is Friendly, it will shoot at monsters and orbit around Isaac if there are no other friendly monsters.
Notes
- Brother Bloody determines which monster to orbit based on which monster is the closest to them.
- In the Glacier, Brother Bloody has a different appearance and can spawn from Ice Hazards
- Brother Bloody is one of the few monsters added in Revelations Chapter 1 that can be found on the main floorpath (with the others being Drifties, Puckers, and Smolycephali).

- Brother Bloody is based off of the familiar Brother Bobby.
- The Glacier variant of Brother Bloody is known as "Brother Blizzard".
