- The player fires a spread of tears of varying size and damage.
Synergies
- 20/20: Each tear in Broken Oar's spread shot is doubled.
- The Inner Eye: Increases size of Broken Oar's spread shot.
- Lachryphagy: Tears burst into more spread shots, which immediately combine and burst in a self-sustaining chain reaction.
- Monstro's Lung: Fires a massive burst of tears that covers a wide area.
- Mutant Spider: Increases size of Broken Oar's spread shot.
- Soy Milk: Spread shot from Broken Oar compensates somewhat for Soy Milk's poor accuracy and makes it easier to deal consistent damage with it.
- Technology Zero: Spread shots are linked together by many beams of electricity.

- Anti-Gravity: Spread shots compound into bundles of floating tears, but releasing the shooting keys only causes one of them to start moving.
