Aerotoma is an enemy added in Revelations Chapter 2. It is one of the few enemies added in the chapter to be a main path enemy and it appears as a Level 2 Spider piloting a small Teratoma. If Aerotoma lines up sideways to the player, he will do a charge attack, sending tears out in an x pattern at the start of the attack. Aerotoma will continue charging until he hits a wall, where he will be stuck for a short second. The charge also slightly homes in on the player similar to champion Famine's charge. Upon death, Aerotoma drops a Level 2 Spider.
While not attacking, the Aerotoma will float towards the player in a wavy and unpredictable manner resembling that of the Fistuloid enemy.
