Aegis is a passive collectible added in Revelations Chapter 1.

Effects

  • Spawns a shield behind the player that blocks shots.

Notes

  • Aegis does not deal contact damage.
  • Enemies cannot move through it.
    • This includes enemies like Peep's and Bloat's Eyes enemies, who will just bounce off the back of it
  • Does not block Brimstone or Explosions.
  • It is not consumed by Birth Control.
  • Its movement is not affected by Duct Tape.
  • It blocks damage from blood donation machines when Aegis is facing it.
